Blair Meat Market History -

While our facility is a long-time fixture in Blair, NE; the Blair Meat Market got its start in 2014. Much blood, sweat, and tears were invested in getting our market up to standard and ready for customers. Our hope has always been to build something we could be proud of; a place people could shop with confidence in knowing they were purchasing a quality product. Everything we sell is produced in-house. We have been a fully inspected USDA facility since 2018. This means we take quality and safety seriously.

We take shop local seriously: in our market, you will find a wide range of products from local producers. From farm-fresh eggs, cheese, and goat cheese, to beer, spices, sauces, salts, and local in-season produce.
